  • Courses: Refunds for online courses may be granted if:
    • The course has not been accessed or viewed.
    • The request is made within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Notes or materials that have already been downloaded or accessed.
  • Purchases made using promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers.
  • Custom notes or courses specifically created for the buyer.
